VIP and Group Coaching - Why is the program covered for only 6 months? There are a few reasons for this:

Based on my experience coaching students from across the United States and from all backgrounds, levels of income, education, etc., I have found that 180 days (or 6-months) is perfect to get them up and running, knowledgeable about raising money, finding and evaluating properties, and help them set up a network of professionals that bring them over the finish line if I can’t do it with them in the 180 day period. However, most people who do a deal do it in 4-5 months or faster.
My goal is to help you achieve a deal or get everything you need to get within inches of the finish line within your first six months. I like to get people in and out of my program, and I dedicate a lot of time and energy to make sure they either buy a rental or have all the knowledge, experience, and a broad network available to get it done without me. My goal is not to drag this on and take all your money, but rather, my goal is to take as little of your money as possible, give you triple the value, and help you on your quest to achieve success within 90-180 days.

What if I Take Longer Than 6 Months and Need Your Help? There are many reasons why some people take more than 6 months. Everyone's situation and market is different and great deals pop up quick and sometimes they pop up slowly - it isn't something you can necessarily control unless you do your own marketing (but I don't encourage that - at least not as a beginner). It’s certainly not a race, and different people have are starting from different places in their lives. Sot it’s completely understandable. I have found that after 6 months of coaching, you will definitely have enough knowledge, tools, and practice with me to get it done on your own and the 6 months is up. Have confidence in yourself. You will learn a TON from me, and we'll practice so much you'll be ready. However, if for any reason you need more than 180 days (6-months) AND you believe you need my 1:1 guidance ton continue, you can contact me and we can work something out. Usually students do one of two things:

Extend another six months (i usually offer a great discount)
Extend for a limited time - sometimes you only need a few more months. We can evaluate and discuss on a one-on-one basis. I can offer you a monthly fee.

Does Anyone Who Wants to Buy Into the Program Actually Get In? Well, yes and no. Yes you can get in if I have an opening. I want anyone and everyone to have a fair chance to learn how to achieve great wealth in real estate rentals. The only pre-requisite is that they can pay the fee in full up front. This may change over time, but right now I require full payment up front. No, you cannot get in if I do not have an opening. I have limited space. It’s not some sales tactic to get you to buy because I’m making you feel like you might miss out. It’s real. The only way I can give the attention and support I promise to each student, I must regulate how many come into the program. If you want to get in, and there is no opening, you can request to be put on a wait list and notified as soon as an opening is available. Students who have success quickly tend to graduate out creating openings so they pop up consistently.
