Custom Plan - It's All About You - I will go deep on your needs - what are your strengths, weaknesses, background, knowledge, etc. I will use that to determine where you'll need extra guidance, and where I might even need to roll up my sleeves and help you because maybe I'm strong where you are weak. We're in this together! Also, you won't be forced to do something that doesn't work for you or your market like other programs out there. Everything we do will be tailored to your needs, your goals, your market.

On The Go Training - You'll get 1-on-1 training on the topics you need, when you need them, and at your pace.  'What' I train you on and 'when' I train you all depends on how fast you progress and how your needs evolve day to day. There's no limit to how fast or frequently we can talk - some people have busier lives than others. If you're a go-getter and progress quickly, we can talk several times per week! Even daily!  We'll get you trained on the next step in the process right away so you never miss a beat! Constant progress is the goal at a pace that makes sense and is comfortable for you!

One-on-One (even Face-to-Face if you're within driving distance) Working Sessions - Our sessions will be purely 1-on-1. Nobody else, but you and me focusing hard on your success. And yes, you read correctly.  At times, I will literally drive to meet you in person if you are within 60 minutes of my home.  If you're further, not a problem! Technology will bring us together! We'll still be able to chat using online video and screen-share tools that allow me to share my computer screen with you to show you exactly what you need to do. I've been doing this for years with people all over the US! When we get together, we'll focus on what is working, not working, and more, and I will spend all the time we need until we are both confident you're prepared to take the next step and lock in rental riches!
